Procedures and tips we are using to increase digital interaction and reduce in-person contact.
Pre-screeing buyers, we are reducing unproductive showings by being extra careful to know our buyers needs. We are requiring buyers do a drive-by before visiting a property in person and only allowing showings to pre-approved buyers.
We are requesting that all visitors use hand sanitizer and remove shoes before entering our homes, our agents and buyers will be taking separate vehicles to reduce contact.
Providing more photos and videos for our listings will reduce unnecessary showings or site visits, we are providing 3D tours and a schematic floor plan with our listings. (a service we offer for FREE! See Sample below)
Move from in-person open houses/showings to digital formats, drive traffic and views through social media. Share virtual walkthroughs on personal and business pages! Use Zoom meetings or an alternative app with clients to view homes digitally, Facetime works great for Apple users.
Schedule block showings so sellers only need to clean once as opposed to each time a group visits the home. We are instructing sellers to open doors and turn on lights before showings, sanitize frequently touched surfaces before and after visitations. Wash or sanitize your hands after visiting homes.
